Grants
The Joseph J. Laurencelle Memorial Foundation (JJLMF) provides grants to organizations that are on the front lines fighting mental illness. We look for muscle to push our mission; “working to erase the stigma of mental illness and help prevent suicide”.
We encourage those organizations that fall within the scope above to submit a grant application. The following requirements apply:
- Be recognized as tax exempt under section section 501(c)(3) or the Internal Revenue code.
- Deliver mental health education and awareness services to the citizens of Michigan.
- Submit a complete grant application (from below).
- Provide latest year’s 990 form.
JJLMF Board meets periodically throughout the year.
Funds are disbursed July 1st – July 31st.
- Reports of how funds were spent may be requested on any approved grants.
- Grants are capped at $25,000.00, annually.
